Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address and optionally your phone number. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not shared with third parties and is deleted within 90 days of the last correspondence.

Server Logs

Our web server records standard access logs containing IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and browser identifiers. These logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for tracking or profiling.

Cookies

This site sets a single first-party cookie (ufc_cookie_consent) stored in browser localStorage to remember your cookie consent choice. No third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are placed. If you reject cookies, no consent cookie is written but the site functions normally.
